Mia Grace: One Year Old

I can't believe Mia Grace is one year old already! We have had the privilege of photographing Mia a few times since she was born, and we have loved watching her personality blossom. We were excited to do some one year portraits before her birthday party a couple weeks ago. She had no intention of staying anywhere near our background or looking at the camera, but we were able to capture a few adorable shots. Thank you for your support Dan and Melissa. We just love your sweet little "Squish".

Mia was so tired by the time she finished her cake,
but she was able to enjoy a few of her presents

Jeff & Julie: Engaged

Fall is one of my favorite times of year for photographing outside because I love the colors and the weather. Ryan and I enjoy spending time at the Wilderness Center in Wilmot, and we thought it would be a perfect place for Jeff and Julie's engagement session. We were so comfortable with Jeff, Julie, and their sweet baby girl Olivia right from the start. Warmth and kindness just radiates from them. Jeff and Julie, we look forward to getting to know you better and spending time with you on your special day!

I just adore Olivia. She was so fun to photograph and play with, and she seemed to enjoy the whole session. I can't wait to spend time with her again!

Heather & Danny: Engaged

The day of Heather and Danny's engagement session was extremely cold, and Ryan and I were nervous about shooting the entire session indoors. We usually like the natural light and space to roam outdoors. We were excited for the challenge of shooting engagement portraits with a different feel though. We really enjoyed working with Heather and Danny in their home, and they were willing to brave the elements for a few more shots at the end of the day. We look forward to shooting their wedding in April. Thank you Heather and Danny for a fun session!

One of my favorites.

I thought it was neat that Heather wanted to use this quilt made by her grandmother.
